Charlotte Jaakola

Charlotte Jaakola has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Charlotte started their career as a receptionist at Crowne Plaza Helsinki in 2006. Charlotte then worked as a project manager at Eventforum from 2008 to 2010. Charlotte then moved on to Bonnier Business Forum Ltd., where they served as a marketing and production executive from 2010 to 2013. Charlotte joined Barona Group Oy in 2013 as a marketing specialist and later became the marketing manager for logistics, construction, and industry until 2018. Since 2018, Charlotte has been working at Advance B2B, a growth marketing agency. Charlotte initially served as a marketing strategist and team lead, contributing to the development and execution of marketing plans. Currently, they hold the position of Service Lead for Growth Marketing Services, where they assist B2B clients in achieving their growth targets through project management and analysis of marketing results.

Charlotte Jaakola completed their education at Arcada University of Applied Sciences from 2005 to 2009, earning a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. In addition to their degree, they also obtained additional certifications. In April 2020, they received the Hubspot Inbound Marketing Certification from HubSpot, and in January 2020, they obtained the Inbound Certification from HubSpot Academy.
