Jim Phelon has over two decades of experience in the machining and agriculture sectors. Currently serving as a mill operator at Advance Mfg. Co., Inc. since December 2013, Jim specializes in 3-4-5 axis milling and manual milling and lathe operations. Concurrently, Jim manages Prospect Valley Farm LLC, a family-owned dairy and hobby farm, while actively participating in 4-H activities. Previous roles include mill setup operator positions at J&E Precision and Berkshire Industries, as well as a mill setup/operator role at Instrument Technology Inc. Jim completed education at Westfield Vocational Tech High from 1998 to 2002.
