Lou Daria-Urao

Lou Daria-Urao has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. In 2014, they started their career as a Junior Assistant Manager at Security Bank Corporation, where they worked until 2016. In 2017, they joined UnionBank of the Philippines as a Relationship Manager until 2018. They then moved on to the Human Dynamic Group, assuming roles such as Client Relations Officer, Client Relations Manager, Acting Regional Manager, and finally Regional Manager for the Philippines from 2017 to 2021. In 2022, Lou joined LHH Philippines as a Business Development Manager and worked until 2023. Currently, they are working as a Partner Engagement Manager at Advance.

Lou Daria-Urao earned a Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, completing the program between 2010 and 2014.
