Rachel Barry

Rachel Barry, CPA, currently serves as Project Controller and previously held the position of Senior Project Accountant at Advanced Power since November 2019. Rachel's professional journey includes roles as Supervisor at LGC+D from September 2018 to October 2019, and as Audit Supervisor and Senior Accountant at blumshapiro from June 2015 to September 2018. Earlier experience includes staff accountant roles at Clarke, Snow & Riley and an escrow specialist position at Linear Title & Closing. Rachel began a career in accounting working as an office assistant at Robert DiGiantommaso, CPA, and gained additional experience through volunteer work with the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program and an internship at The Norfolk Center for Cancer Care and Hematology. Rachel earned a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
