Alena Jeffrey, M.Ed, PMP

Alena Jeffrey, M.Ed, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Alena is currently working as a Senior Program Manager, Capture, BD at Advanced Automation Corporation. Prior to this, they served as an LREC Program Manager CTR at U.S. Army Forces Command (FORSCOM) from November 2016 to January 2023. Alena also worked as a DLITE Project Manager at Arrow Security & Training LLC from February 2018 to February 2021. In addition, they have experience as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor at Heart to Heart Counseling and Wellness Center from January 2018 to May 2019. Alena has also served as a Belarusian & Russian SME, Interpreter, and Translator from June 2007 to June 2017. Alena'searlier experience includes working as an LREC Russian Instructor and Curriculum Developer at John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School from March 2011 to November 2015.

Alena Jeffrey, M.Ed, PMP, holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology/Agency Counseling, which they obtained from North Carolina State University between 2015 and 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Fayetteville State University between 2011 and 2013. Additionally, Alena holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Minsk State Linguistic University, which they completed between 2006 and 2010.

In terms of certifications, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in October 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Counselor Education from North Carolina State University in December 2014. Among their other certifications are ITIL 4 from AXELOS Global Best Practice (obtained in April 2022), TS/SCI from DODCAF (obtained in August 2021), and Certified Project Officer (CPO) from DOL Coach (obtained in April 2021).
