Amanda Lepere, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and sales operations within the insurance and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Service and Sales Operations at Advanced Chemical Company, Amanda leads a team focused on enhancing customer experience and managing logistics. Prior to this role, Amanda held the position of Director of Sales Operations at Boston Mutual Life Insurance, overseeing sales operations for the General Agency organization. Amanda's background includes a managerial role at DXC Technology, where Amanda directed a team servicing Individual Life Insurance products, as well as a long tenure at MetLife, where Amanda progressed through various positions, ultimately managing complex operational procedures and ensuring service level agreement compliance.
