Sharon Palmeter, SHRM-SCP

Sharon Palmeter, SHRM-SCP has over 30 years of work experience in various human resources and recruiting roles. Sharon is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Advanced Decision Vectors (ADV) since November 2019. Before that, they founded and managed Lee Marin & Associates starting from August 2019. From July 2011 to August 2019, they worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Dovel Technologies. Prior to that, they were the Director of Talent Acquisition at QinetiQ North America from October 2009 to July 2011. Sharon also served as the Vice President of Recruiting at Apptis, Inc from October 2005 to October 2009 and as a Program Manager at Sprint Nextel from May 2002 to October 2005. Sharon co-founded Appreciate, Inc in February 2000 and held the role of Co-founder until July 2001. Earlier in their career, Sharon worked as the Recruiting Services Manager at Knowledge Workers from April 1995 to February 2000 and as an Account Executive at NRI Staffing from 1991 to 1995.

Sharon Palmeter, SHRM-SCP, attended Radford University from 1986 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor's of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Small Business Management.
