Christa Flint

Christa Flint has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Christa worked at Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. as a Marketing Specialist from August 2016 to July 2022 and then became the Marketing Lead in August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Defiance Volleyball Club from October 2013 to June 2020 as a Marketing/Graphic Designer/Coach, where they designed the club's logo, built and maintained their website, and handled various marketing tasks. Christa also worked at Defiance College in the Marketing Department as a Marketing Graduate Assistant from August 2014 to May 2016. In this role, they designed advertisements, created emails for potential students, and updated the college's website. Additionally, Christa worked as a Senior Resident Assistant, Sports Information Photographer, Marketing Intern, and Resident Assistant during their time at Defiance College. Christa also served as a JV Volleyball Coach at Tinora High School from August 2015 to January 2016 and at Patrick Henry High School from August 2014 to January 2015. Furthermore, they gained experience as a Graphic Design Intern at W Productions in June 2014, where they designed vehicle wraps, business cards, and signs for local businesses and events. Additionally, Christa worked as a Cashier/Recovery/Inventory Stocker at Big Lots Stores during summer and Christmas seasons from June 2011 to January 2014. Lastly, they were a Video Editor at dccc/DCTV from October 2012 to May 2013, where they used pictures, videos, voice-over audio, and music to create videos for a local television station.

Christa Flint earned a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design from Defiance College in 2014. Christa later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a concentration in Leadership from the same college from 2014 to 2016.
