Nithya Rajan

Nithya Rajan, PMP, currently serves as the Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. since March 2023. Prior experience includes over a decade at Goken America, where Nithya held positions such as Director of Engineering Process and Manager of Training and Special Projects, focusing on EV training and the implementation of best practices in design and development using the 3D Experience platform. Additional roles include Design Engineer positions at Tata Consultancy Services and Hindustan Motors Ltd., specializing in automotive component design, creation of manufacturing drawings, and advanced surface modeling techniques. Nithya holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering from Amrita Institute of Technology, graduated in 2004.
