JR Tolbert

J.R. Tolbert focuses on the political strategy, coalition building, and fundraising necessary to create, support, and execute successful policy campaigns for AEE. Before joining AEE, J.R. was Executive Director of the National Caucus of Environmental Legislators, organizing a bipartisan network of lawmakers in support of clean energy. Prior to NCEL, J.R. worked for a number of environmental organizations, including Green Corps, Environment Virginia, and Sierra Club on state-based environmental campaigns.
