Heather O'Neill

Heather O'Neill serves as the President and CEO of Advanced Energy United since January 2012, previously holding positions such as President, Interim CEO, and Senior Vice President, Strategic Partnerships within the organization. O'Neill's career includes significant experience as a Program Officer at the Robertson Foundation from July 2004 to September 2011, where O'Neill was the first full-time hire for the $1 billion family foundation focusing on environmental, educational, and medical research grantmaking. Prior to this, O'Neill was the Director of Public Affairs at Danco Laboratories, LLC, where responsibilities included FDA strategy, marketing, public relations, and advocacy. O'Neill holds a Master of Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Harvard University.
