Tony Martinez

Tony Martinez has extensive work experience in intellectual property law and technology. Tony currently holds the position of Vice President, Legal - Intellectual Property at Advanced Energy, where they have been since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President, Corporate Counsel for Intellectual Property at Amkor Technology from 2010 to 2022. Tony has also held positions at Dish Network as the Director of Intellectual Property from 2008 to 2010, at HVVi Semiconductors, Inc. as the Director of Intellectual Property from 2005 to 2008, at Intel Corporation as a Senior Patent Attorney from 2001 to 2005, at Motorola Semiconductor as a Patent Agent from 1997 to 2001, and at Motorola as a Hardware/Software Engineer from 1993 to 1997.

Tony Martinez earned a J.D. degree from the Arizona State University College of Law from 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, they obtained a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University from 1987 to 1992.
