Thomas Freels

Thomas Freels is an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a diverse background in healthcare. Currently serving at Capitol Pain Institute since July 2019 and Advanced ENT and Allergy since March 2012, Thomas has a strong foundation in patient care. Prior experience includes a role as a Registered Nurse at Golden LivingCenters and University of Louisville Hospital, where responsibilities included patient assessment and medication administration. Thomas holds a Master's Degree in Family Practice Nursing and two Bachelor's Degrees in Registered Nursing and Biology from the University of Louisville, completed between 2007 and 2016.
