Mohammad Shoaib Ziaee has over 20 years of work experience in the field of Information Technology. Mohammad Shoaib started their career as a System Engineer at Proton Technology in 1999 and then moved on to work at BC Networks as a System Engineer from 2000 to 2001. After that, they joined Bay Area Computer Support as the Director of Information Technology and worked there for 12 years. In 2013, Mohammad joined Advanced Hospitality Technologies Inc. as the Director of Information Technology. In this role, they were responsible for providing strategic direction, guidance, support, and oversight for the successful operation of IT. Mohammad Shoaib also played a key role in the deployment of technology standards for various hotel brands. Overall, Mohammad Shoaib Ziaee has extensive experience in IT management and has worked in various leadership roles throughout their career.

Mohammad Shoaib Ziaee, Master Coach, CHTP, PCI Professional, QIR, graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Computer Science (CMSC) with a focus on Computer and Information Systems Security. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. In July 2014, they became a Certified Hospitality Technology Professional (CHTP) through HFTP. In May 2014, they also earned the PCI Professional (PCIP) certification from the PCI Security Standards Council. Most recently, in October 2020, they became a Qualified Integrator and Reseller (QIR) through the PCI Security Standards Council.
