Nicole Chiaramonte

Nicole Chiaramonte is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Advanced MedAesthetic Partners. In this role, they lead a platform of elite aesthetic practices throughout the United States, working as a thought leader and innovator in the industry. Advanced MedAesthetic Partners offers a unique combination of professional business services and private ownership autonomy to drive transformative growth. Nicole began their role in October 2022.

Before their current position, Nicole served on the Board of Directors at Empowered Health Institute starting in January 2019.

Prior to that, they founded Synergy MedAesthetics in December 2012.

From June 2005 to October 2022, Nicole worked as the Chief Executive Officer at TWG Consulting Corp., where they helped businesses, government agencies, medical facilities, and educational institutions solve administrative, labor relations, and funding challenges. TWG Consulting has negotiated contracts, administered medical practice operations, and assisted in funding new enterprises and global expansion efforts on behalf of clients.

Nicole began their career as the VP of Operations at The Wesley Group, where they provided comprehensive representation to public and private sector employers facing Union organizations or with established organized workforces. Nicole held this role from 2002 to 2004.

Nicole Chiaramonte completed their Diploma di Completamento DTS in Philosophy and Religious Studies at Università delle Nazioni in 1996. Prior to that, they attended Portland State University and studied International Business until 1993.
