Edmond Gjondrekaj

Edmond Gjondrekaj is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience in the embedded systems and software engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Software Development at AMD since July 2023, Edmond previously held the position of Software Development Manager at Xilinx from September 2021 to July 2023. Prior experience includes a tenure at Qualcomm as a Software Team Lead, where contributions were made to the Audio DSP Framework developments for Bluetooth Low Energy Audio, and earlier roles as a Senior Embedded Software Engineer and Embedded Systems Engineer at various companies including Autostrade Tech S.p.A. and the University of Florence. Edmond Gjondrekaj holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Laurea Specialistica in Computer Science Engineering from Politecnico di Torino.
