Elik Cohen

Elik Cohen is a seasoned professional in the field of ASIC design and engineering, currently serving as Senior Manager of Silicon Design Engineering at AMD since December 2024, focusing on the RFSoC Adaptable Radio Platform. Prior to this role, Elik was a Hardware Architect and Senior Team Leader at CEVA, Inc., where innovative architectures for 5G cellular IP and integrated modems were developed. With a rich entrepreneurial background, Elik founded ALWAYSAT, an Ultra Wideband Real Time Localization System venture, and served as Director of Application Engineering at REALINTENT. Previous experience includes significant contributions to Maxim Integrated in various roles, including Principal ASIC Designer and Director of Engineering, along with positions at SandForce and nVidia. Elik holds a BSEE in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and pursued graduate studies in Electrical Engineering at Stanford University.
