Syama Sundar Pingali

Syama Sundar Pingali is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience in managing and leading software projects. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Software Development at AMD since July 2020, Syama oversees the Tools/Compiler group responsible for developing the LLVM compiler and related utilities for the EOS™ S3 architecture. Prior to this role, Syama held various positions at QuickLogic Corporation from February 2002 to July 2020, including Senior Software Manager, where responsibilities included product ownership of an Eclipse-based IDE and management of multiple development teams. Syama’s career began at FISofex and includes significant contributions at Yokogawa Blue Star Ltd and Sasken Communication Technologies Ltd. Educational background includes a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from Acharya Nagarjuna University.
