Wade Nelson has an extensive work experience starting from 1993. Wade began their career at UFE, where they held various roles including Quality Engineer, Project Engineer, and Manufacturing / Project Engineer. In these roles, they were responsible for project engineering, mold design, mold build, and implementing ISO 9001. Wade then joined Boston Scientific in 2003 as a Manufacturing Engineer and subsequently became a Manufacturing Engineering Manager, overseeing equipment support and optimization of processes. From 2015 to 2019, Nelson worked at Veeco as a Senior Manufacturing Manager, where they managed manufacturing activities and personnel, standardized processes, and improved workflow, quality, and customer service. Currently, they are Vice President of Engineering & Development at Advanced Molding Technologies.
Wade Nelson obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota between 1988 and 1993.
