Cole Hoagland

Cole Hoagland has extensive experience in leadership and administration within the healthcare industry. Cole served as the Chief Administrative Director at Advanced Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Institute, where they managed day-to-day operations and led the financial restructuring of the organization. Prior to that, they were the Assistant Vice President at Virtua Health System, overseeing the operations of a rapidly expanding medical group. As an Independent Consultant, Hoagland provided leadership and support to health systems in strategic program and service creation, as well as operational improvements. Cole also held leadership positions at Cooper University Health System, where they developed and implemented a strategic plan for their musculoskeletal program, and at The Orthopedic Group, where they oversaw the merger of three independent practices. Additionally, Hoagland served as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Community Medical Center and as President and CEO at Main Line Clinical Laboratories. Cole began their career as the Vice President of Administration at The Lankenau Hospital. Throughout their various roles, Hoagland demonstrated strong management skills, overseeing budgets ranging from $20M to $80M and leading teams of up to 850 employees.

Cole Hoagland has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry and Medical Technology from Elizabethtown College. Cole also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Healthcare Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
