Rachel Godbout

Rachel Godbout has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Rachel started their career in 2006 at MedRad Inc. as a Customer Support representative. From 2009 to 2014, they worked at Blue Water Development Corp./Castaways RV Resort and campground as a Resort Manager and Marketing & Operations Director. Rachel then joined Blue Water Development Corp./Bethany Beach Ocean Suites- Residence Inn by Marriott in 2010 as the Director of Strategic Sales and Marketing. Rachel achieved notable accomplishments in this role, such as opening the number one Marriott property and developing brand image and standards for an off-branded Residence Inn. In 2015, Rachel founded Blackboard Marketing & Business Solutions, where they focused on creating custom marketing and operations strategies for businesses. Rachel then transitioned to Hubbardton Forge in 2017 as the Customer Interface Department Leader, responsible for commercial, international, and trade relationships. Currently, Rachel serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Advanced Outdoor Solutions, LLC, starting in 2019.

Rachel Godbout earned an MBA in Internet Marketing from the Florida Institute of Technology between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology/Business at the University of Pittsburgh from 2000 to 2005. Rachel also obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Pittsburgh in 2005. In terms of additional certifications, they received training as a Meditation Instructor from YogaFit in 2020, became a YogaFit Trained Instructor in 2017, and completed a Wedding and Event Planning certification from the US Career Institute in 2012.
