Terri Curp, MS HRM, SHRM-SCP

Terri Curp, MS HRM, SHRM-SCP, has an extensive work experience spanning over several years in various roles within the human resources field. Terri began their career at North Laurel Dental Associates in 1994 as an HR Coordinator and worked there until 1997. In 2001, they joined Echostar Communications Corp as a Human Resources Generalist and served there until 2004. Terri then moved on to work at Pangia Technologies, LLC as a Human Resources Director from 2004 to 2008. Terri then joined Northrop Grumman P/CS as a Human Resources Manager from 2008 to 2009. Currently, Terri is employed at Advanced Programs, Inc. since 2010 as the Director of Human Resources and Security, where they lead both functional areas and has accountability for various programs across multiple facilities. Terri oversees a team of six direct reports.

Terri Curp has an impressive education history. Terri obtained a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Capella University, attending from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Salisbury University - Perdue School of Business from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Terri began their educational journey at Atholton High School and graduated with a high school diploma in 1997.

In addition to their education, Terri has obtained two professional certifications. Terri earned the Veterans At Work Certificate from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in February 2023. In the same month and year, they also achieved the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
