Matt Shillito Ceng

Matt Shillito CEng is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project delivery and engineering within the automotive sector. Currently serving as a Senior Project Delivery Lead at the Advanced Propulsion Centre UK since January 2021, Matt spearheads zero-carbon automotive projects by connecting project consortium members with stakeholders in the zero-carbon ecosystem. Previously, Matt held roles at McKinsey & Company as a Project Delivery Lead and Operations Specialist, focusing on operational excellence across various industries, particularly in advanced manufacturing. Early career experiences include significant engineering roles at Jaguar Land Rover, where Matt led the development of chassis components and managed engineering teams. Following an enriching 15-month overseas experience, Matt completed a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Warwick.
