Mandy Seymour is an accomplished nursing executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across diverse healthcare organizations. Currently serving as Chief Nursing Officer at Advanced Recovery Systems, LLC, and as an Advisor at Empact Global, Mandy has demonstrated expertise in innovation, system transformation, and service optimization. Previous positions include Vice President of Nursing Affairs and Chief Nursing Officer at BrightView, and Vice President of Mental Health and Addiction Services at the University of Minnesota Medical Center, where Mandy provided operations leadership for comprehensive mental health and addiction services across multiple hospitals. With a strong background in clinical and operational management, Mandy has successfully led initiatives to improve service performance and financial viability.
