Nathalie Tidball Chartered McIpd

Nathalie Tidball is currently serving as the People Operations Resourcing Lead at Advanced Research and Invention Agency. Prior to this, she held the position of Head of Resourcing at IPO UK from September 2014 to January 2023. With a background in Human Resources Management, she has experience in various HR roles including HR Manager at Roberts Estate Agents. Nathalie also has a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of South Wales and a CIPD Human Resources qualification from Cardiff University.
