Sarah Hammond

Sarah Hammond is a People Operations Associate at the Advanced Research + Invention Agency, beginning in November 2023. Prior to this role, Sarah served as a People Partner and People Executive at Monolith from May 2022 to October 2023. Earlier experience includes working as a Learning & Development Administrator at Royal Star & Garter, where responsibilities included designing L&D solutions for approximately 400 staff and managing induction processes. Additional experience comprises a Graduate Assistant Buyer position at Marks and Spencer, which involved coordinating the buying process, and a Buying Intern role at Anthropologie Europe, where support was provided to the Buying team. Sarah began their career as an Online and Social Media Editor at The Gryphon. Educational qualifications include a Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management obtained through CIPD and a First Class Honours Bachelor's Degree from the University of Leeds.
