Aaron Sparks, MBA has worked in various roles since 2011. From 2011-2012, they worked as a Program Analyst/Contract Specialist for Phacil, Inc. and as a Security Officer for US Security Associates. From 2012-2014, they worked as a Program Analyst, Technical for BRTRC. Aaron then worked as a SBIR/STTR Program Support Analyst for Allied Technologies and Consulting, LLC. from 2014-2015. From 2015-2020, they worked as a Deputy Program Manager and Senior Program Analyst - DOD SBIR/STTR Programs for U.Group. Currently, they are a Program Manager | SETA for Advanced Resource Technologies, Inc. in support of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Small Business Programs Office.

Aaron Sparks, MBA has a comprehensive educational background. Aaron earned a Master's Degree in Acquisitions & Supply Chain Management (ASCM) from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2014, after completing their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the same institution in 2013. Aaron also holds a BA in History with a minor in English Literature, which they obtained from the University of Maryland Baltimore County in 2010. Additionally, they earned an AA in General Studies from Frederick Community College in 2007. Finally, they are also a graduate of LHS.
