Vince Bianco has worked in a variety of roles in the healthcare, entertainment, and sports industries. In 2014, they were the Director of Healthcare Sales and Healthcare Account Manager at ASCC Inc. In 2013, they were the Area Leasing & Marketing Manager at The Preiss Company. In 2012, they were the President & VP of Concerts & Campus Events at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, where they managed and programmed entertainment events for the university. Additionally, in 2012 they were a Corporate Sales Intern at the Pittsburgh Penguins.

Vince Bianco obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Communications and Emerging Technology (Business Minor) from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania between 2009 and 2013.
