Eugene Laykhtman

Eugene Laykhtman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and business development. Currently serving as a Partner at Logicom Software LLC since June 2016, Eugene also holds the position of CEO at Vocal IP Networx Ltd. since December 2006, where responsibilities include company leadership and strategic relationship management. Additionally, Eugene has been the President of Advanced Technology Group (ATG-NYC) since December 1995. Educationally, Eugene earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Manhattan University between 1988 and 1991.
