Laura Kasbek

Laura Kasbek, Ph.D., currently serves as the General Manager of Scientific Operations at ATL, A Bureau Veritas Company since August 2019, focusing on the Consumer Products Services Division in Healthcare. Laura has previous experience as a Senior Managing Supervisor in R&D Operations at Procter & Gamble, where notable achievements included implementing a Qualification Program for technicians and increasing contract employee retention rates through strategic team engagement initiatives. With a Ph.D. in Molecular Genetics from The Ohio State University, Laura's research background includes investigating Central Nervous System Development in Drosophila melanogaster, teaching and mentoring future scientists. Additional education includes a Regulatory Affairs Training Program certificate from Duke University School of Medicine.
