Heather Haynes

Heather Haynes, PHR, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at AdvancedHEALTH since December 2017, overseeing all HR functions including onboarding, benefits administration, safety training, employee morale programs, and legal compliance, while also implementing the HR Strategic Plan. Prior to this role, from June 2007 to December 2017, Heather held multiple positions at the Center for Spine Joint and Neuromuscular Rehabilitation, including Office Manager and HIPAA Privacy Officer, where responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance with employment laws, and the creation of policies to improve departmental efficiency. Heather’s earlier experience includes serving as Front Office Supervisor at Summit Primary Care Pllc from March 2005 to June 2007.
