Flavia Jimenez is an accomplished attorney and organizational leader with extensive experience in immigrant and refugee integration, policy advocacy, and program development. Currently serving as Managing Director of Organizational Development and Leadership at the Advancement Project since November 2014 and holding positions as Senior Fellow at the National Skills Coalition and Special Assistant for Immigrant and Refugee Integration at the U.S. Department of Education, Flavia has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing immigrant rights and integration. Previous roles include Project Director for the Naturalization and Workplace Integration Project at the National Immigration Forum and Director of Development at the Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights. Flavia's early career includes positions as Employment Attorney at CASA of Maryland, Inc. and Sr. Immigration Policy Analyst at the National Council of La Raza. Flavia holds a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from the University of Mary Washington.
