Kim Simpson

Kim Simpson has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kim started their career at Hawkeye Bank in 1992 as a Mortgage Loan Processor. Kim then moved on to work at First Nebraska Educators Credit Union as a Loan Processor where they processed consumer loan applications and handled bankruptcy paperwork. Following that, they joined Mutual 1st Federal Credit Union as a Member Service Specialist, assisting members with various credit union services and products. In 2002, they joined Advancial as a Member Service Representative and then as a Loan Processor. Kim also worked at Omaha Federal Credit Union as a Member Service Representative, assisting with daily transactions and identifying cross-selling opportunities. Currently, Kim is working at Advancial Federal Credit Union as the Director Of Support Services. Kim'sprevious roles at the same credit union include Fraud Manager and Fraud Specialist, where they monitored compliance with Bank Secrecy Act, managed fraud detection systems, and prepared reports. Overall, they have gained extensive experience in customer service, fraud detection, and loan processing.
