Beverly Burns

Beverly Burns is an experienced professional in the field of prevention education, currently serving as the Director of Prevention Education at Advancing Opportunities since January 2014. Previously, from 2005 to January 2014, Beverly worked at Prevention First Inc. as a Prevention Educator and Strengthening Families Coordinator, as well as an Education Specialist. Beverly holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Elementary Education and Teaching from Adelphi University, where studies were completed between 1974 and 1975.
