Lisa A. Alonso

Lisa A. Alonso is an experienced human resources executive currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Healthpeak Properties, Inc. since November 2014. Previously, Lisa held various roles within the company, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Human Resources. Additional experience includes serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at The Resort at Pelican Hill, where significant engagement initiatives were led, and as Vice President and Human Resources Manager at California First National Bank, where strategic partnership with executive leadership was a focus. Lisa is actively involved with Advancing Women Executives as an AWE Leader since January 2019. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, a Certification in Human Resource Management from UC Irvine, and a Bachelor's in Sociology & Ethnic Studies from UC San Diego.
