Colin Padget is an experienced Senior Engineer with a strong background in multi-channel customer communication, specializing in CIC and PureCloud from Interactive Intelligence Inc. Currently employed at Advania Norway since 2016, Colin previously worked at Atea for over 16 years, focusing on high availability call centers, VoIP, and IT infrastructure. Earlier in their career, Colin served as Chief Electrician at Teater Ibsen from 1987 to 2000, contributing valuable expertise to the technical field.
