Yassir Rafiq

Yassir Rafiq is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an Onsite IT Support Specialist at Advania Norge since May 2022, responsible for visiting clients to resolve technical issues and providing general user support through troubleshooting and error correction. Previously, Yassir worked as an IT Consultant at Statens vegvesen from May 2021 to May 2022, focusing on user support, infrastructure, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware and software. Additionally, Yassir gained experience as IT Support at NKI Nettstudier from August 2019 to January 2020, assisting students with computer tools and familiarizing them with essential workplace software such as Microsoft 365 and Windows-Mac OS. Yassir holds a Higher Education degree in Network and IT Security from Noroff (2020-2021), an IKT diploma in Network and System Administration from NKI Nettstudier (2019-2020), and a degree in Graphic Design obtained in Oslo (1993-1995).
