Estelle Darie Rousseaux is an experienced professional in the microfinance and financial services sector, currently serving as the Group Head of Strategic Transformation at Advans Microfinance Network since January 2022, where oversight includes key strategic initiatives and the implementation of the Advans Innovation Roadmap.
