Brian Barber

Brian Barber is a seasoned marine logistics professional with extensive experience in chartering and operations within the chemical and petroleum sectors. Currently serving as Marine Chartering Manager at AdvanSix since January 2019, Brian leads marine logistics contract negotiations, manages a complex budget, and oversees vendor relationships for vessel charters and bulk storage. Prior to this role, Brian worked at PBF Energy from February 2012 to January 2019 as a Senior Specialist in Chartering and Marine Operations, where responsibilities included coordinating shipping requirements for oil refineries and managing the logistics of clean petroleum products. Brian also held positions as a Biofuels Scheduler and Chemicals Scheduler, focusing on the scheduling and delivery of biofuels and chemicals across various regions. Brian holds a Bachelor's degree from Miami University, obtained in May 2009.
