Ali Izzet Erhan has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ali Izzet started their career as an Assistant Professor at Davenport University from 1990 to 1994, where they primarily taught courses in Economics and Finance.

Ali Izzet then worked as a Trade Specialist and Investment Officer for Old Kent Bank from 1995 to 2001, where they gained extensive experience in stock-selection, portfolio evaluation, and fund construction. Ali Izzet Erhan began their education at Sisli Teakki Lisesi, where they completed their high school education from 1975 to 1978. Ali Izzet then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Economics from Marmara University, graduating in 1982. Following this, they attended Western Michigan University from 1985 to 1986, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Applied Economics. Subsequently, Ali Izzet Erhan enrolled at Michigan State University and achieved a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Financial Economics, completing their studies from 1990 to 1994.
