Mostafa ElKaramany

Mostafa ElKaramany has a diverse work experience in the field of software and mechanical engineering. Mostafa started their career as a Project Engineer at Misr Medical Company for medical gases stations from May 2011 to May 2013. Mostafa then joined HJ Heinz as a Project Engineer, where they managed various projects related to production line installation, product preparation upgrade, and electricity safety. Mostafa was responsible for quality assurance, financial tracking, coordination with contractors and consultants, and review of technical submittals. From April 2014 to June 2016, Mostafa worked as a Mechanical Engineer III, and from July 2016 to December 2017, they held the position of Senior Mechanical Engineer. In these roles, they contributed to the development and implementation of mechanical systems. At Advansys, Mostafa served as a Software Development Engineer from November 2019 to December 2020 and then as a Software Development Team Leader from January 2021 to the present. In these roles, they demonstrated leadership skills by aligning team activities with the firm's strategic direction, implementing process improvements, mentoring team members, and collaborating with partner teams. Mostafa also contributed to code development, conducted knowledge transfers, ensured code quality, and investigated bugs and crashes. Mostafa ElKaramany obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Design and Production Engineering from Cairo University, where they studied from 2005 to 2010. In 2018 and 2019, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Software Engineering at the Institute of Statistical Studies and Research. Prior to their university education, Mostafa attended Port-Said Language School from 2003 to 2005, completing their Thanaweyya Amma certificate.
