Robert Carter has extensive experience in emergency medical services and public safety, currently serving as a Scheduling Coordinator at Advantage Ambulance since November 2014. Previous roles include Emergency Medical Technician/Supervisor and founder of the "Public Safety Incidents" Facebook group at Public Safety Incidents from June 2016 to May 2023. Additionally, Robert held various positions at Mission Ambulance from September 2001 to May 2023, including Palm Springs Division Supervisor and Administrative Supervisor, as well as serving as Captain at Speedway Fire Department from January 2010 to February 2016. Earlier experience includes working as an Incident Dispatcher for Riverside Fire Department and Crew Leader for Riverside County Fire. Robert holds an EMT degree from Riverside Community College and graduated from Poway High School.
