Jeff Grass

Jeff Grass is the Vice President of Communications and Stakeholder Engagement at Advantage Capital. He serves as strategic communications counselor to the leadership team and is responsible for defining, developing and deploying compelling content to educate, engage, influence and activate key stakeholders while furthering the firm’s mission.

Prior to joining Advantage Capital, Jeff served as a Global Director of Communications at Bayer Corporation where he led reputation management, issues management, employee engagement and marketing communications for one of the multinational life science company’s fastest-growing divisions. Before Bayer, he held several roles of increasing responsibility at Anheuser-Busch, most recently leading all business and internal communications for North America as Communications Director.

Jeff graduated from Webster University.
