Kayin Barclay

Kayin Barclay is a vice president at Advantage Capital. As a member of the firm's investment group, he is responsible for sourcing, conducting due diligence, executing transactions, and managing portfolio companies.

Before joining Advantage Capital, Kayin worked as a senior vice president at Insight Equity, where he invested across the business services and manufacturing sectors. He has also held roles at RLJ Equity Partners, Barclays Capital, and McKinsey & Company.

Kayin received his MBA from Harvard Business School and his BA in economics from Morehouse College.
