Leah Hendricks

Leah Hendricks is a vice president on the investment team, where she focuses on portfolio management. She monitors current firm assets, seeks new investment opportunities for the firm and interacts with portfolio companies to evaluate their capital requirements.

Prior to joining Advantage Capital, Leah served as an assistant vice president at BMO Private Bank. Additionally, she worked in the commercial lending division of BMO at M&I Bank, where she gained valuable experience working with executive management and key financial officers in middle market companies to provide debt obligations for various operational purposes.

Leah graduated magna cum laude from the John Cook School of Business at Saint Louis University, where she received her bachelor’s degree in economics.
