Kanishk Gaur

Kanishk Gaur has worked in three companies since 2013. At Central Soil and Materials Research Station, they were an Engineering Trainee where they conducted various quality tests. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Advantage Club (formerly, Work Advantage) in various roles, including Senior Vice President - Alliances, Vice President Strategic Alliances, and Associate Vice President - Sales. In this role, they were responsible for driving new business alliances and partnerships, reaching out to brands for their marketing and branding campaigns, collaborating with potential brands, developing proposals, and executing successful campaigns and engagements. Additionally, they tracked sales of partnered brands and generated company payouts. Kanishk also worked at J Kumar Infraprojects Ltd as an Engineering Trainee where they learned to execute working drawings in RCC.

Kanishk Gaur completed their high school education at Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1998 to 2010. Afterwards, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Civil Engineering from DRONACHARYA COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING from 2011 to 2015. In addition, they have obtained various certifications such as Public Speaking Foundations from LinkedIn in 2021, Coaching Employees through Difficult Situations and HR Guidelines Everyone Should Know from LinkedIn in 2020, How to Create a Perfect Elevator Pitch from LinkedIn in 2020, and AMCAT Certified Data Processing Specialist from Aspiring Minds in 2014.
