Andrew Beros

Andrew Beros has over 26 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition and people operations. Andrew is currently the Senior Director of Human Resources at Advantage Solutions, where they oversee the HR department. Prior to this, Andrew held senior leadership roles at SAS Retail Services and Club Demonstration Services, where they managed talent acquisition and served as a business partner. Andrew also worked as a Human Resources Manager at The Home Depot and Delaware North Companies, where they held various HR roles and oversaw the HR function at Petco Park.

Andrew Beros obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History from the University at Buffalo in the years 1992-1997. Andrew also earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management with a Concentration in Human Resources from the University at Buffalo School of Management during the same period. In addition, they hold certifications as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) since April 2015, and as a Senior Professional in Human Resources from the HRCI (Human Resource Certification Institute) since December 2012.
