Kelli Ficke

Kelli Ficke has over 10 years of work experience, including roles at Advantage Solutions, University of Dayton, and Kroger. At Advantage Solutions, they worked as a Director of Sales Operations and Director of Category Development. Kelli also held roles as a Category Manager and Senior Team Leader on the Kroger Team, where they were responsible for syndicated information integration and graphical presentations. Prior to that, they were a Leadership Development Associate in Category Management at Kroger, gaining hands-on experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods Industry. At the University of Dayton, they worked as a Career Services Intern and Peer Advisor in the School of Business Administration. Kelli also worked at Kroger as a Cashier and Service Clerk, and later as an Advertising Intern, where they assisted with various advertising projects and initiatives.

Kelli Ficke completed their high school education at Ursuline Academy from 2004 to 2008. Kelli then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a major in Marketing and a minor in Communications, from the University of Dayton from 2008 to 2012.
