Margo Jarrell Quinlan

Margo Jarrell Quinlan has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Margo is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Total Rewards at Advantage Solutions since January 2024. Prior to this, they held the role of Senior Director of Total Rewards, Payroll, and HCM at Schnucks Markets Inc. from November 2017 to January 2024.

Margo also worked at Schnucks Markets as the Director of Total Rewards from November 2014 to January 2024. During their time at Schnucks Markets, they also served as the Vice President of Total Rewards, Payroll, and HCM from December 2018 to December 2023.

Before joining Schnucks Markets, Margo worked at Bass Pro Shops as the Head of Total Rewards for a brief period in 2014. Prior to that, they served as the Assistant Vice Chancellor of Human Resources, Benefits, and Compensation at Washington University in St. Louis from April 2011 to May 2014.

Margo worked at Centene Corporation as a Human Resources professional from September 2010 to May 2011. Margo also had an adjunct faculty role at Webster University from March 2004 to May 2010.

Prior to this, from July 1999 to April 2010, they worked as the Director of Human Resources Operations at CoxHealth. Margo also worked as a Human Resources Manager at Pepsi-General Bottlers (now Pepsi-Co) from April 1998 to July 1999.

Margo's early work experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources at Citizens Memorial Hospital in Bolivar, Missouri, from December 1991 to April 1998.

Margo Jarrell Quinlan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Human Resources from Missouri State University in 1991. Later, in 2003, they completed a Masters degree in Business Administration and Management, also from Missouri State University.
