Lila Kochergin

Lila Kochergin has a diverse and extensive work experience. Lila is currently serving as the Director of Sales Operations at Advantage Sport & Fitness, where they specialize in providing custom health and wellness solutions. Prior to this, they held various positions at Aktiv Solutions, including Vice President of Sales Operations and Senior Director of Sales Operations. In these roles, they implemented new CRM systems, redesigned performance dashboards, and restructured job descriptions and workflows to increase productivity. Additionally, they analyzed sales performance data, launched a standardized sales onboarding program, and led business development training. Before Aktiv Solutions, Lila worked at Advantage Fitness Products as the Manager of Client Relations and Sales Support Specialist. Lila also gained experience as a ULOOP.COM Student Writer at Uloop.

Lila Kochergin completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature from UCLA in 2012.
